About Heather

My name is Heather and I have been an educator for over 10 years.  I have two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Education and French, a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language, a Single Subject Credential in English, and a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential. I have earned a Master of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in Leadership. I have had the pleasure of working with children in a wide scope of social and educational spectrums and ages (k-12).

Since having my daughter in 2016, I have struggled with how I want her to receive the best possible education that will  not only prepare her to love learning, but support and encourage her interests, appreciate her strengths, while supporting her areas of growth. That is how Dragonfly Healing & Learning Center was born through my struggle as an educator and wanting the best possible quality education for my daughter where learning is fun and meaningful.
